No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

A Quick & Delicious Treat with only Four Ingredients

If you’re searching for a quick, crowd-pleasing snack, these no bake peanut butter balls will become your new go-to treat. With just four pantry staples—plus the option to add chocolate chips for a little extra flair—these bite-sized goodies deliver a perfect balance of sweet, gooey, and crunchy.

They’re perfect for last-minute gatherings or when you just want a homemade treat without turning on the oven. I’ve been making them for almost 30 years after discovering the recipe at a party, and they are still one of my favorites!

Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar and Karo syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar melts and the mixture starts to bubble.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the peanut butter. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the corn flakes in a large bowl. Gently stir until the corn flakes are evenly coated.
  1. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time onto sheets of parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  2. Let the balls cool slightly, then gently push or roll them into round shapes. If desired, press chocolate chips onto the outside.  (Note: if you add chocolate chips, be sure you do it after you have rolled up the balls.  The warm cookie will melt the chocolate slightly and you won’t want to roll them after that.)
  3. Allow the peanut butter balls to cool completely before serving.  If you absolutely must have one warm (I always do!), know that they are extra gooey if they haven’t had time to set.

Tips & Variations

  • Try using crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Mix in pretzel bits, or drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra decadent twist.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week—if they don’t get eaten first!

Give these no bake peanut butter balls a try—quick, simple, and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
