A Cool, Creamy Dip Packed with Flavor and Protein.
If you’re craving a delicious and nutritious snack that keeps you fueled and satisfied, look no further than my High Protein Curry Chicken Dip! This recipe is a breeze to make and is ready in just minutes, perfect for busy days or when you need a quick, healthy lunch.
This dip features a texture similar to hummus and boasts a creamy, cool consistency that pairs perfectly with a variety of crisp, colorful veggies. The secret to its rich protein content and flavor? A blend of cooked chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and curry powder. Simply toss all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If you’re feeling adventurous, add a dash of sriracha for a spicy kick!
Years ago, before high protein meals became a thing, I used to make a version of this without the cottage cheese and take it in for lunches at work. It was so easy and delicious I had no problem eating it for days on end. Now, with the addition of the cottage cheese, it’s even better! Super creamy and it maintains its texture even after being refrigerated.
For serving, I love slicing up red and yellow peppers, carrots, and celery for dipping, but any crunchy vegetable will work well. If carbs aren’t a concern, pita chips or crackers make a tasty addition too. It’s a perfect party dip, a healthy snack or a great high protein lunch!
