Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Merging Buffalo Chicken Flavor with Kings Hawaiian Rolls for Crowd-Pleasing Sliders.

When it comes to the perfect party appetizer or a quick weeknight dinner, nothing beats the irresistible combination of spicy, tangy buffalo chicken and the soft, sweet embrace of Kings Hawaiian Rolls. These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the best of both worlds—bringing together two classic favorites into one easy-to-make, crowd-pleasing bite.

Using shredded rotisserie chicken is a real time saver, while ensuring your sliders are moist and flavorful.  But what really takes these sliders to the next level is a generous swirl of creamy ranch dressing mixed right into the buffalo sauce. This not only tames the heat a little but also adds a cool, zesty punch that perfectly complements the fiery chicken. Trust me, you’ll want to make extra because these sliders disappear fast!

Ingredients

  • One dozen Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 cups of cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 tbsp of Buffalo Sauce (Frank’s is my favorite)
  • 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing (Hidden Valley is my favorite), plus extra for dipping
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • ¼ tsp of garlic powder

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.  Mix until well combined.
  3. Without breaking them up, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, removing the top and setting it aside.
  4. Cover the bottom half of the rolls with the chicken mixture.  Make sure you cover all the way to the edges so each sandwich is full to the edges.
  1. Cover the chicken mixture with the shredded cheese and replace the top of the rolls.  Cover the sliders loosely with foil and put in the center of the over for 10 minutes. This helps the cheese start to melt.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and add the garlic powder.  Remove the slider from the oven and take off the foil.  Brush the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture and place back in the over for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and the cheese has fully melted.
  3. Cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders.  Serve warm with ranch on the side for dipping.

Whether you’re hosting friends or just looking for a fun new dinner idea, these Buffalo Chicken Sliders are sure to become a staple in your recipe collection.
