That’s how this Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Dip was born—a flavorful, creamy dip that’s so easy to whip up. With only five ingredients, you can make it as mild or as fiery as you like. Prefer less heat? Just remove the seeds and stems from your jalapeno, or swap in jarred or canned diced jalapenos for convenience. And for a smoky crunch, leftover cooked bacon or crisped real bacon bits work perfectly. I like to keep a bag of Hormel bacon bits on hand that I can simply microwave for a minute to get crispy chopped bacon for easy recipes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno (fresh or jarred; adjust for heat)
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning (1 packet)
- 3 tablespoons chopped cooked bacon
